1 Definitions and Scope of Terms

In this document, "misai888", "we", "platform" and "site" refer to misai888 and all related entities operating services under the domain misai888.onl. "Member", "user" and "you" refer to any individual who registers or uses the services provided.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

misai888 supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian members. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR).

Accepted methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Online Banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

• Minimum deposit: RM20 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50.
• Withdrawal processing time: between 30 minutes and 3 hours depending on the chosen method.
• All withdrawals will be credited to the same payment method used during deposit, except in special cases approved by our finance team.
• misai888 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method before processing a first-time withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements for any active bonus must be met before a withdrawal can be made on those bonus funds.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times (25x) the bonus amount received.

Wagering requirement calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → bonus RM100 → account balance RM200 → total amount to be wagered: RM100 × 25 = RM2,500.
• Deposit RM3,200 → bonus RM1,500 → account balance RM4,700 → total amount to be wagered: RM1,500 × 25 = RM37,500.

• Bonuses may not be used in combination with other bonuses unless specifically stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• misai888 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus if there is evidence of misuse or an attempt to exploit the system.
• Bonuses that have not yet met their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and will be forfeited if the account is closed before the requirements are fulfilled.
• The misai888 VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond, each offering a different weekly cashback rate. Members can move up tiers based on their betting activity over time.

6 Game Rules

misai888 provides a range of game categories including slots, live casino, Sic Bo, and sports betting. Each category has its own rules that members must follow.

• The results of all games are final once a round ends. No appeals are accepted after results have been recorded.
• If a technical disruption occurs during an active game session, misai888 will resolve the transaction based on the most recent valid system record.
• The RTP (Return to Player) of each game follows the specifications set by the respective game developer. misai888 does not modify the RTP value of any game.
• Sports betting is subject to official decisions from the relevant sports authorities. misai888 reserves the right to void bets if there are doubts about the integrity of an event.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the misai888 platform:

• Match fixing or any form of manipulation of game results or sporting events.
• Money laundering through the misai888 platform.
• Registering a new account after a previous account has been suspended or terminated.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the identity verification process.
• Exploiting any technical bug in the system to gain an advantage. Any bug found must be reported to customer support immediately.
• Using an account for commercial business purposes or on behalf of a third party.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

Members may close their account at any time by contacting misai888 customer support via live chat or email. Before closure, any eligible wallet balance may be withdrawn through the standard withdrawal process.

misai888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Direction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

• A voluntary account closure request from the member.
• Accounts that have been inactive beyond the period set out in our inactive account policy.

In the case of closure due to a breach, misai888 reserves the right to withhold any bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirements. Valid cash balances will be returned via the original payment method once the investigation is complete.

9 Limitation of Liability

misai888 provides an online betting platform on an "as-is" basis. While we make every effort to keep the service running without interruption, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from technical errors or disruptions at all times.
